Forums are here so you can bring up and discuss issues. Sometimes an article will be country-specific. If that is the case, it should go in a forum for the specific country. More often than not, however, issues cross country boundaries. For example, little about illegal drug issues is confined to one country.

Consider this a temporary home. The original hosting we were using for statecraft21.com proved to be unstable. So, we are here and, temporarily, we are at this new URL.

Things aren't perfect here yet. Profile photos are broken and there are problems with the GUI editors. But, we are running. More updates soon.

Communications and, in particular, the Internet has made the world a lot smaller logically that it ever has been before. At the same time, there are more people on a planet whose resources are getting stretched to the limits.
